Auto Opt-out

Customers can reply STOP to any message and they will automatically be removed from contacts. As an added security precaution if you upload your contacts again, this person will not be uploaded.

We also provide an option, free of charge to you, that allows your customers to opt-out by texting OUT to a free short code 50015. View a full report of all opt-outs Webform widget. Customise the form and place a small script on your website. This will allow your customers to opt-in or opt-out of your services.

Fully Compliant

Any customer that receives a text from you can reply with the word STOP and they will automatically be opted-out of your system. If you later upload their contact details again by spreadsheet the system will prevent them from being added in.

There are two options provided to your customers to opt-out:

2-way opt-out: When sending a 2-way message please add the following
to the end of each message "optout reply STOP"

1-way opt-out: When sending a 1-way message please add the following
to the end of each message "optout to 50015" - this is a freetext service.

We are fully registered with the data protection agency in Ireland, registration no. 11625/A

3 Steps to More Sales

Begin your next text campaign in 3 easy steps.

1. Set Up Groups in your online account

Create as many groups as you want for segmenting your subscribers and delivering them specific information.

2. Recruit Subscribers

Much like email opt-in, there are plenty of creative ways to incentivize subscribers to opt-in to SMS communication.

Brochures, in-store material, posters, billboards, shopping bags, packaging, and receipts are just a few physical options. Radio, TV ads, and web pages work well too.

An example of an opt-in notice might look like this: “For 10% Off Our Entire Product Range, Text ‘Keyword’ to 51444”. Don’t forget to incentivize your audience with a reward relevant to your business.

Use built-in Groups to segment each keyword. A different keyword can be used for the different advertising. For example, use keyword_1 for radio, Keyword_2 on in-store material, keyword_3 for a targeted campaign. The Adikat system will automatically route each keyword to their defined group.

3. Kickstart Your Marketing Campaign

Delivering messages straight to users’ handheld devices makes SMS campaigns a wildly effective tool for ramping up sales and reaching your brands marketing goals in record time.

These campaigns can be set up with ease and tailored to push communication to specific groups for specific objectives. Then, you decide when the campaign is sent.

Whether it’s increasing site traffic, clearing out stock, promoting new stock, or simply gaining more exposure, SMS is a crucial element for growing and scaling modern businesses in the digital era.
